My Bella LunaWhole-Woman Holistic Health

Whole-woman holistic health • Online UK & worldwide

Your symptoms are part of a bigger picture.

Menopause support begins by looking at the whole woman — her health, hormones, nutrition, lifestyle, environment and life. Because understanding the bigger picture helps us decide where to begin.

Nutrition • Sleep • Stress • Hormones • Movement • Mindset • Self-Care

Understand. Reconnect. Reset.

You are not imagining it

When did you stop feeling like you?

Maybe you're exhausted even after sleeping. Your moods feel unpredictable. Your body seems to have changed overnight.

You're forgetting words, struggling to concentrate or wondering why the things that used to work suddenly don't.

Perimenopause can influence how you sleep, eat, think, work, exercise, cope with stress and even how you feel about yourself.

You don't need another overwhelming list. You need somewhere to start.

About Donna-Louise

Hi, I'm Donna-Louise.

Holistic Health Practitioner • Menopause Coach

My background began in skincare and holistic therapy. After being diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) and an underactive thyroid, my own search for connected, compassionate support led me to retrain over a decade ago.

I launched My Bella Luna in 2022 — “beautiful moon”, honouring our cyclical rhythms, hormonal transitions and the opportunity to reconnect with ourselves.

Today, I support women online across the UK and worldwide, looking at the whole woman rather than one concern at a time. My coaching offers education and wellbeing support alongside appropriate medical care.

My story

Every phase has a purpose.

Bella Luna means “beautiful moon”. Our bodies and our lives move through phases. Perimenopause isn't about trying to become the woman you were ten years ago. It's about understanding the woman you are now — and supporting the woman you're becoming.

“Your next phase doesn't need to look like your last one.”

Testimonials

Real women. Real experiences.

“I recommend every woman has a personalised 1:1 with Donna she is very knowledgeable and my plan covers everything from supplements to take, to better sleep and mood management, diet and exercise plan, skincare advice and more. So worth the price feel like I had an enlightened experience. WOW!”
